The mailing list of all property owners within 300 feet of the exterior boundaries (obtainable at the County Assessors Office or http://maps.co.blaine.id.us) must be supplied with your application.  Simply copy and paste the info from the county to an Excel spreadsheet and download to a disk.

Ordinance Amendments

Municipal Code

Title 18 was drafted as an update to the existing city standards.  Sections include new public notice procedures for projects, an update of Street Design Standards, an update of Street and Drainage Construction Standards and an update of Water and Sewer Line Construction Standards.  The Council will schedule a workshop on this update late summer or early fall of 2011.

          Hailey City Council Monday, March 28, 2011, 5:30 pm

Article 8.2, Signs- Two city initiated text amendments to Article 8.2, Signs, of Hailey Zoning Ordinance No. 532.  One amendment would create an exception to allow one (1) flashing open sign per business; these types of signs are currently prohibited (on February 7, 2011 the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the Council not pass this amendment).  The other amendment would address the use of vinyl type material (on September 20, 2011 the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended the Council pass this amendment).

Hailey Planning and Zoning Commision Monday, April 4, 2011, 6:30 pm               An application by Airport LLC for an amendment to the zone district map for the City of Hailey.  The application would change the zoning of Friedman Park Subdivision, Lot 11A, Block 2 (960 S Main St), located near the intersection of Airport Way and Main St, from Light Industrial (LI) to Limited Business (LB). Documents will be posted at a later date.
