    • Draft Findings of Fact – Approval of a wireless permit application submitted by Edge Wireless, LLC for a modification to an existing wireless facility mounted to the roof of Pine Street Station Condos (400 Main St South) within the Business (B) and Townsite Overlay (TO) Districts.
    • Draft Findings of Fact – Approval of a design review application submitted by Blaine County School District, for a new maintenance building located at Airport West Sub. Block 2, Lot 1D (1630 Aviation Drive) within the Service Commercial Industrial-Industrial (SCI-I) District.
  • New Business:

    • A city initiated amendment to Article 9 of Hailey Zoning Ordinance No. 532.  The amendments include, but may not be limited to, reducing the on-site parking requirement for office and retail uses, eliminate the 1,200 foot restriction for improvements to the city right-of-way within the Business and Limited Business zoning districts, and generally clarify section 9.2.3, require a buffer between the sidewalk and on-site parking and modify the shared parking provisions to encourage shared parking arrangements.

    • Review and discussion of a revised site plan for the Hailey Rodeo Park and fencing and bleacher guardrail materials for Multi-use Arena.A revised site plan and alternative fencing and guardrail materials were required to be submitted and reviewed by the Commission as a condition of design review approval of the Hailey Rodeo Park project.
