Job Summary:

This position requires a strong proficiency in computer technology and the ability to assist library staff and patrons with technical services. Advanced knowledge of computers and office equipment and the ability to work with the public required.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. Knowledge of the principles and practices of a library system preferred.  Other preferred skills include: social networking; information technology; knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Integrated Library Systems and ability to perform library circulation responsibilities.

Job Classification:                        FLSA Non-Exempt
Hourly Range:                              $14 – $16/ hour DOE

Job Summary:

General Road Maintenance:  Operates heavy equipment, maintains equipment, and performs construction and maintenance of City streets, sidewalks and related infrastructure. Must maintain an awareness of street infrastructure and communicate/report potential issues to management. Performs related work within the Public Works Department as required, including snow removal, flood control, general park and water system repairs, arbor care, irrigation system and landscape strip or alley maintenance. Is required to respond during emergencies and take on-call shifts as assigned during weekends and holidays.

Job Classification:                        Temporary/Seasonal
Hourly Range:                              $8.75 – $11.00/ hour DOE

Job Summary:

Temporary Positions up to six-month duration during the March to November season.

Work schedule will include weekends.  Job entails a variety of unskilled to semi-skilled duties in maintenance, repair, cleaning and operation of City parks, grounds, buildings, operate a variety of light vehicles, equipment and hand/power tools. Duties include weekly maintenance of restrooms, garbage cans, doggi-pots, mowing, landscaping, painting.  Operation of city vehicles requires valid driver’s license, operation of some equipment and power tools, requires minimum 18 year age. Temp Positions wages: $8.75 - $11/hr, DOE.  Positions open until filled. 

Hailey Police Department - Patrol Officer
Job Classification:                 FLSA Non-Exempt – Patrol Officer
Annual Salary Range:           $42,000 – $44,100 depending on qualifications

Job Summary:
The Hailey Police Department is now hiring for the position of PATROL OFFICER.  This open position is full time and requires the successful applicant to work 4 ten hour rotating shifts per week (days, swings, graves, holidays, court preparation/testimony, etc.).
